1.2 Shipping Methods
- 🚚 Full Container Load (FCL): Recommended for bulk customized orders
- 📦 Less than Container Load (LCL): Available for trial or small batch orders
- ✈️ Air Freight: Suitable for urgent samples or high-priority shipments
- 🚢 Sea Freight: The most cost-effective and widely used method
We work with trusted international freight forwarders. You may use our recommended logistics partners or appoint your own.
1.3 Delivery Time
- Production Lead Time: 15–30 working days for standard orders
- Estimated Transit Time (from port of shipment):
- Asia: 7–15 days
- Europe/North America: 25–40 days
- Africa/Middle East: 30–45 days
Customized products may require longer production time based on complexity.
1.4 Shipping Cost
- FOB prices do not include international freight charges.
- For EXW terms, buyers may arrange pickup or request our assistance.
- For CIF or DAP terms, shipping costs will be included in our quotation.
1.5 Customs & Duties
- In most cases, customs clearance will be handled by the buyer.
- We will provide all necessary documents including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and MSDS if needed.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service may be available in select regions. Please contact your sales representative for details.
2. Return & After-Sales Policy
2.1 Eligible Return Scenarios
Returns or replacements are accepted in the following cases:
- Items received are significantly inconsistent with the order (model, size, material, etc.)
- Serious damage during transportation affecting functionality
- Manufacturing defects or major quality issues
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made products without quality issues
- Return requests based on personal preferences (e.g. color dislikes)
- Requests made more than 15 days after delivery
- Unauthorized returns without prior approval
2.3 Return & Support Process
1️⃣ Provide order number with photos or videos of the issue
2️⃣ Our team will respond within 48 hours with a proposed solution
3️⃣ If we are responsible, we will offer reshipment, replacement, refund, or partial compensation
4️⃣ Returns must be approved in advance; unauthorized returns will not be accepted
2.4 Replacement & Compensation
- Free replacements or equivalent compensation will be provided for confirmed quality issues
- For shipping damage, we will assist in filing claims with the carrier
- For buyer-arranged logistics, we recommend purchasing transport insurance

- Returned items must be unused and in original packaging for proper repacking
- For remote or restricted areas, please confirm delivery capability in advance
